Everybody have dreams but what differs from individual to individual is the intensity in their dreams , the consistency in their dreams .

I wake up every morning ,  see my self in the  mirror , close my eyes and the first thing I do is visualize what it will look like when I will achieve my goals . What impact it will have on my family , friends and close ones . How many people around me will recognize me . The car I will have , the bungalow I will live in … WOOOOOOOh…… 

Yeah!!!!!! this gives me immense energy to work for my dreams each and every second of the day . I do not cheat on my meals , workouts , study plans and this happens because every morning I get more and more obsessed about my dreams . You need to be addicted to your dreams in order to fulfill them .

When I go to bed I tap myself on my shoulders when I realize I did everything which I could for my dreams . On the other hand I too get pissed off when I cheat on my dreams . Sometimes going to bed pissed off  is good . You can not be happy every time because you have been told by others that its good to be happy . You have to feel guilty , you have to be angry with your self and sometimes you need to punish yourself too when you take your dreams casually

Everybody out there chasing their dreams , remember you are not the only one doing so. So you have to be great in your work ethics in order to get what you desire . Stop playing games with your dreams . You have to give your ALL IN .

No excuses , no good reasons just simple, extraordinary HARD WORK .

Visualizing your dreams every morning just give fuel to your body to work the entire day, to grind , grind and grind until your mind and body demands REST .

FAILED …. ready to bounce back ??? KEEP 3 Things in mind

Now this will change things I promise . After all the COME BACKS I have analysed , I found out that every one who has ever succeeded after failing have done 3 things , which are common to all.

1 . You have already failed and still you are on track to accomplish that SOMETHING . So find out reasons for your failure . Make a list and compare this list to those who have succeeded in doing that thing or they are considered to be capable enough to achieve that target . See what other qualities they have . Make a list of all and then……………………………. LICK THEM ALL.. KILL IT…!!!!

2. You couldn’t make the last time but you know you could have done it . This is the case with most of us . Once the results are out and we fail , we claim that if we have tried harder we might have done that . Now you all must realize that there are things stopping you from achieving your goals . Lack of focus , distractions , weak will power and many others . You can change this behavior but for that you have to BEAT YOUR MINDSET . Every time your mind says you can’t , SCREAM to it that YOU WILL . And then immediately start doing things , start taking actions immediately . You have to act like a champion . Realize that as you go to study , workout , office work or do anything you tend to get distracted . Don’t be . Next time you get distracted say to your self you can’t cheat on your dreams and then get back to work . It will be difficult for few days but then it will be a habit . WINNING IS A HABIT .. NOT A COINCIDENCE .

3. For all those who find it difficult to spend quality amount of time doing your stuff start using the word NO more often . Somebody asks you to party and you are yet to complete your work for today , SAY NO . Somebody asks you to go out and have food which might spoil your diet plan .. SAY NO.  Somebody may ask you to skip your workout for a day .. SAY NO . Say no to everything that distracts you from your goals may it be social media like whatsapp , facebook or parties with friends or it may be your mobile phones . You got to make some sacrifices . It isn’t easy because if it was easy everybody could have done that…

So get back and live your dreams….

I have been tired of meeting people having ideas , dreams , goals and  talent inside them and still not doing anything . They can visualize things . They know they can do it but they wait  , wait , wait and wait for the RIGHT TIME to come .

Actually I figured out by talking to them that the RIGHT TIME they talk about is actually a time when the chances of failure get reduce to almost 90% . When they realize that now taking a particular step is on a safer side and will give them minimum loss , some of them never find that RIGHT TIME and they live their entire life seeing others fulfilling their dreams .

How many times you have thought of doing something but stopped just fearing that I am not strong enough or competent enough or don’t have the required resources and so the failure seems imminent .  How many times we want to start working on our dreams but we fear thinking what if we do not HIT ??

To all my friends and readers I want to say… The RIGHT TIME you all are waiting for will never come . What you have to do is just forget about the result and start working on your goals . Things will never be perfect , resources will never be surplus , you will never have the sufficient money . Every thing will come automatically when you start working for your goals .

Just do one thing forget about all the hurdles coming across your path towards your dreams and start working towards it . Just take the three simple steps given below.

1. If you do not have any resource to start with start GATHERING INFORMATION about your dream .

2. Start reading about people who have already achieved that dream .

3. Most important start sharing to your family members , friends and community about what you want to do .

Some will mock at your dreams , ignore them , do not pay attention to them . There will be some who will help you and show you how to take that first step towards your goal . And I promise just by doing 3 things mentioned above you will see results in a month. .

So do not wait start WORKING ON YOUR DREAMS .

WEEK 2 : WEIGHT LOSS IS EASyyyyyy

Yes ….woooh… you all can make the change as the woman above . Believe is the first step , REMEMBER!!! .

So I am here  to give all my readers their WEEK 2 schedule . See the change you can see in the above image is possible , but you have to show that diligence and patience . It will take time but I promise , be with me and at the end of the year I will make you feel proud of yourself for doing the IMPOSSIBLE .

So as you know I just asked you to make a time-table and then set the various activities you do throughout your day . Lastly I asked you to WAKE UP HALF-AN HOUR EARLY and go for a walk .

Hope fully all those who seriously want to lose weight have made that SMALL but important change in their life . Now for this week I just want you to measure the distance you travel in that HALF-AN HOUR WALK .

Yeah…. folks it’s that simple . You might think I have gone crazy but believe me , I have not . I just want you to measure the distance . Now to make it more clear , suppose you walk in park near your house , then just count the number of rounds you make of that park . If you are walking on the street in front of your house , then fix some distance , let it be any two poles or any two houses or any shop . Set it as your starting point and end point ,and just reciprocate to and fro between those two points .

Walk in your normal pace between the STARTING POINT and END POINT , and just count the rounds you do . You do not have to increase those rounds every day . Suppose you make 10 rounds tomorrow , then just try to make the same number of rounds the entire week .

As you finish the required number of rounds , you are done . It’s that simple . Go back to your home , or your room change your dress and get ready for your day . Feel proud that you followed your schedule and no need to discuss or remind your self what you did in the morning . Just before going to bed remind your self the number of rounds you have to make tomorrow and  go to sleep .

Remember it will take some time to make the foundation . But once you make a strong platform you can do what ever you want . Be with me friends . These little changes are very beneficial . Things will change very quickly from WEEK 4 -5 so  just stay with me .

ROBERT BALLARD : THE MAN WHO DISCOVERED “TITANIC”

Working in the control room of the salvage vessel Seaprobe at two o’clock one morning in 1977, Robert Ballard was jolted by a massive piece of equipment that crashed onto the deck just three feet above him. The ship shook with the force of an explosion. A drill pipe and its attached pod full of sonar and video gear had snapped and plunged into the Atlantic, abruptly ending the explorer’s test run to find the RMS Titanic.

“I lost a lot of credibility with sponsors, who had loaned the $600,000 worth of stuff” for the 1977 expedition. “It took me eight years to recover from that.” But recover he did, despite skepticism from other scientists, failed fund-raising efforts and other setbacks.

After the Seaprobe debacle, Ballard says, “I was back to square one. I had to come up with another way to search for the Titanic.”

He returned to active duty as a U.S. Navy officer assigned to intelligence work. At a time when the Cold War was still being waged, the marine geologist cut a deal with Navy officials. He would offer his expertise if they funded the development and testing of Argo, a camera-equipped underwater robot critical to the Titanic mission, and allowed him to use it for exploration.

The Navy sent Ballard and Argo on classified missions to survey Thresher and Scorpion, two nuclear submarines that sank during the 1960s. Those vessels lay in waters not far from the Titanic. After surveying the Scorpion in 1985, Ballard began looking for the doomed luxury liner. And two miles down, in the dark sea at 49° 56′ W, 41° 43′ N, he found it.

The oceanographer, who later found the German battleship Bismarck, the liner Lusitania, and other historic wrecks, has a simple philosophy.Failure and success are bedfellows, so I’m ready to fail.”

 

STEVEN SPIELBERG : THE KID WHO STAYS WITH THE CAMERA

He was no scholar, and his classmates teased him. Rather than read, the kid really preferred running around with a 8 mm camera, shooting homemade movies of wrecks of his Lionel train set (which he showed to friends for a small fee).

In his sophomore year of high school, he dropped out. But when his parents persuaded him to return, he was mistakenly placed in a learning-disabled class. He lasted one month. Only when the family moved to another town did he land in a more suitable high school, where he eventually graduated.

After being denied entrance into a traditional film-making school, Steven Spielberg enrolled in English at California State College at Long Beach. Then in 1965, he recalls, in one of those serendipitous moments, his life took a complete turn. Visiting Universal Studios, he met Chuck Silvers, an executive in the editorial department. Silvers liked the kid who made 8 mm films and invited him back sometime to visit.

He appeared the next day. Without a job or security clearance, Spielberg (dressed in a dark suit and tie, carrying his father’s briefcase with nothing inside but “a sandwich and candy bars”) strode confidently up to the guard at the gate of Universal and gave him a casual wave. The guard waved back. He was in.

“For the entire summer,” Spielberg remembers, “I dressed in my suit and hung out with the directors and writers [including Silvers, who knew the kid wasn’t a studio employee, but winked at the deception]. I even found an office that wasn’t being used, and became a squatter. I bought some plastic tiles and put my name in the building directory: Steven Spielberg, Room 23C.”

It paid off for everyone. Ten years later, the 28-year-old Spielberg directed Jaws, which took in $470 million, then the highest-grossing movie of all time. Dozens of films and awards have followed because Steven Spielberg knew what his teachers didn’t — talent is in the eyes of the filmmaker.

There is nothing in this world , which I can’t do . So if  you  tell me , there is a word  “IMPOSSIBLE” ,  I will just smile at YOU

  “I”  , it seems to me the most motivational word ever written . Its the most inspiring speech I have ever heard . I never go for any meditation technique and I never listen to or read any motivational stuff when I feel low or demotivated . I truly believe in the POWER this single alphabet  “I” contains within itself .

So , when ever you feel depress , broke , things  not working out or  you might  have just  met a  failure ,  and you want something really inspiring . Just close your eyes and and in your mind , with a powerful voice , say  “I” . Say it as many times as you feel like and say it louder than before . Slowly after doing it for a few times , you will start feeling some energy flowing within yourself . There will be a smile on your face . A sense of pleasure and satisfaction may arise . You will feel relaxed, no matter how stressed your situation be . Now at this point , start imagining the various possibilities you have within yourself or you wish to have . Start saying those things and start by first saying   “I” . Like I can DANCE , I will BE RICH , I will BE FIT , I will BE HAPPY , I am BEAUTIFUL , it can be anything you feel like . Daily spending 2-3 min doing this exercise will give you immense energy and believe me , you will never feel that you can’t do something . You can try this  JUST NOW !!! . But its good to try it when no one is around and your mind is at peace . You need to focus just for 2-3 minutes and so I don’t think it will be difficult for anyone who wish to do it .

PANDIT ‘s STUPID ADVICE : When screaming loud , make sure nobody is watching you or listening to you . You could either be beaten up by your family members , room mates or neighbours . You might also find someone asking you very politely   HAVE YOU GONE MAD 😛  😉

IF you Think You Can…. You Can

They tell  me that I am not capable of , they think that I can not do this , they say that I am good for nothing , they feel that i am not worthy of such greatness………… hey just wait for a second . WHAT DO YOU THINK ??

I being a part of all these stuff , faced all such situations before and I realized that no matter what the other people think about me if I am unable to achieve my goals then it’s just because somewhere deep inside my mind I didn’t really believe ,  that I can actually achieve them.So instead of  complaining and making excuses I decided to believe in my own self  . It was like a miracle , nothing has changed except a thought in my mind which screams two common words every day “” YOU CAN “” and I started believing that yes “” I CAN “” .

Things automatically started working out . Everyday I knew what I have to do and as I have started believing that I CAN , I started recognizing opportunities . Everyday I met someone who I thought could be a helping hand in my journey towards success .

Belief , hope , faith all these are very common spoken words which each and everyone use in their daily lives but I can say that these are the words which we understand the least . We know these words , but we fail to realize the POWER these words have within them. The day you start believing in your DREAMS , the fear of failure vanishes the same day . You are least concerned about your final destination because you already know that some day or the other you will be able to reach there and then you start enjoying your JOURNEY .

So it’s really important to THINK THAT YOU CAN . If you haven’t till date , no worries . Start today , take the advice of this naughty hotty PANDIT and before starting your journey just believe that no matter how big the problems or hurdles you will encounter , you will reach your destination . Trust me ,  each and every second of your life you will feel be HAPPY . You will love your work , may be its just helping you financially but still the idea in your mind that you have a BURNING DREAM inside your heart which would one day be a reality will help you do great in your work . So go out , take a deep breath , take up a note pad and pen down your dream and never stop working towards it till you turn that dream into reality….

Just remember IF YOU THINK YOU CAN……………YOU CAN
