FAILED …. ready to bounce back ??? KEEP 3 Things in mind

Now this will change things I promise . After all the COME BACKS I have analysed , I found out that every one who has ever succeeded after failing have done 3 things , which are common to all.

1 . You have already failed and still you are on track to accomplish that SOMETHING . So find out reasons for your failure . Make a list and compare this list to those who have succeeded in doing that thing or they are considered to be capable enough to achieve that target . See what other qualities they have . Make a list of all and then……………………………. LICK THEM ALL.. KILL IT…!!!!

2. You couldn’t make the last time but you know you could have done it . This is the case with most of us . Once the results are out and we fail , we claim that if we have tried harder we might have done that . Now you all must realize that there are things stopping you from achieving your goals . Lack of focus , distractions , weak will power and many others . You can change this behavior but for that you have to BEAT YOUR MINDSET . Every time your mind says you can’t , SCREAM to it that YOU WILL . And then immediately start doing things , start taking actions immediately . You have to act like a champion . Realize that as you go to study , workout , office work or do anything you tend to get distracted . Don’t be . Next time you get distracted say to your self you can’t cheat on your dreams and then get back to work . It will be difficult for few days but then it will be a habit . WINNING IS A HABIT .. NOT A COINCIDENCE .

3. For all those who find it difficult to spend quality amount of time doing your stuff start using the word NO more often . Somebody asks you to party and you are yet to complete your work for today , SAY NO . Somebody asks you to go out and have food which might spoil your diet plan .. SAY NO.  Somebody may ask you to skip your workout for a day .. SAY NO . Say no to everything that distracts you from your goals may it be social media like whatsapp , facebook or parties with friends or it may be your mobile phones . You got to make some sacrifices . It isn’t easy because if it was easy everybody could have done that…

So get back and live your dreams….

Difference between…those who “WANT” to DO and those who really “DO”

I have been working on my goals and dreams , but every time even giving my whole self in , I fell short of my goals or get distracted.

Now distraction for me does not mean that I start looking for another goals but its like my FOCUS shifts a little bit . Though in my mind I have that same nearby goal , my actions some how reflect that I am not LASER FOCUS on my goal .

In today’s competitive world when people have access to almost every resource and knowledge , this little deviation is enough to kick you out of the competition . May it be sports , education , arts or anything you have to embed it deep in your mind that your competitors are not leaving any stone unturned .

So the difference comes here between those who WANT to do and those WHO really do .

Those who WANT to do some thing or want to reach or achieve something always have that thing going in their minds but there are other things too which stop them from extreme ,extreme, and extreme LASER FOCUS .

Those who really do , they do not think and do not ACT on any other thing else what they decide to achieve . Once they achieve a particular goal they celebrate it for  a while and then quickly decide another goal for themselves and again start working on it.

They EAT , SLEEP , WALK , TALK , DREAM , THINK their goal .

So if you are having trouble fulfilling your dreams and you think you are giving your whole self , just take a pause and try to know what the other guy / gal in your society , city , state , country have done to achieve that goal and then compare it with your efforts . Then start working atleast twice their efforts then you can be sure of your success .

 

 

WINNING AND KNOWING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO WIN !!!!!!!

Was on a break for a couple of months to figure out WHY people around the globe do not turn their successful career and lives into something GREAT , like leaving a LEGACY .

And  I figured out something which I am going to share with all my readers .

Many of us might have secured WINS a lot of times in our lives . May be a high rank in class, college or troop . Any success in business or winning any competition and getting awards for them .

But the thing which I want to ask is HOW many times we actually knew we were going to beat the best . HOW many times we knew we will win that medal . HOW many times we will win a competition .

I think we feel that we have a FAIR CHANCE but still almost all of us are reluctant to say THAT I AM NUMBER 1 .

This is what I want to discuss . I feel the difference is in our PREPARATION .

People like USAIN BOLT , SACHIN TENDULKAR , MICHAEL PHELPS and others like them prepare in a different style than others . They never prepare such that they are in a dilemma on the D-DAY about their success .

They do not leave any loop holes . They prepare day and night to perfect their craft . They are aware of their competitors and so they know they are NOT ALONE IN THE GAME .

More over they do not want to leave any chance for their competitors to bounce on them . Thus on the D-DAY they know THEY ARE GOING TO WIN . Their competitors know they can beat them .

So to all my readers , whatever you do , do as if you are THE BEST in the business . Don’t even aim at the second place . Work hard , day and night . Do not settle for anything less than NUMBER ONE .

I NEVER LOSE ….. BECAUSE I NEVER QUIT !!!!

The thing is simple , when you are trying to achieve greatness you will have to get through hurdles . Competition is tough in today’s world . Everyone works hard and everyone is prepared to give his 100% .

So you just can’t give up on your dreams , only because you can’t get them in the very first attempt . Remember , if it was easy every one could have done that . So if you are trying to build a pyramid than it will take some time . You may lose to your opponent once , twice or even more . But it’s not that you have not tried your level best but its also because you are trying to beat the best in the business .

So do not panic , small defeats are stepping-stones . Just move on . prepare more , be stronger than the earlier attempt and do not quit.

REMEMBER…

You can not lose .. until you quit ….

PREPARE AS IF YOU ARE PERFORMING INFRONT OF YOUR AUDIENCE

What is an easy thing to do when you know that you do not have to perform for few days , weeks or months ??

What all excuses you have to skip your work outs or hobby classes when you know that you do not have any competition ahead ??

Do you prepare everyday , even when you know that you do not have any examination in coming month??

The answer is     NO………….

My friends what I have realized so far is that those who are successful do not go by their feelings but they go by the things they have once decided in their mind .

They do not need any reason to study , they just study ..                                  They do not practice there dance steps only when they have a competition ahead , despite they do it every day….

You have to improve your craft every second of your life…... PREPARE as if you have your audience infront of you , as if you have the examination paper infront of your eyes , as if you just got the opportunity you have been looking  for so long ….

PREPARE WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING…..

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS : ANY 1 interested to share ??

Hey.. all my readers and followers…. Hopefully everyone would have started imagining , the way this year should end .

New goals , dreams and a lot of things in your mind . You all must have definitely gave a thought on your new year resolution . So , before requesting all of you to share your resolution , I am going to share mine .

As such I have a simple new year resolution and that is :

I WILL NOT WASTE A SINGLE SECOND THIS YEAR 

I may do a productive thing , I may not . I may work on a sensible project or I may screw my entire day working on cleaning my basement . Whatever WORK I may do , I will not sit idle or gossip . I will give each second of this year to transform my life . If I am idle for a second I will question myself what I can do . I may wash my clothes if I do not get any answer but I will not waste my TIME .

So , I have already following that resolution and believe me I have finished more than 70% of my pending work , which I used to neglect just because I do not feel like doing them . After posting this stuff I have a lot of things to do . I can see my whole day occupied . I am ready to give my 100% to each and every second  as it comes .

Hopefully I will complete this year with a bang following my resolution . I will love to know about your resolutions also . So please share and let everyone know what change you are making this year .

WEEK 4 – TIME TO WORK HARD

Common , Common , Common my friends…two more days to go to say goodbye to 2013 , why not say GOODBYE TO FEW EXTRA POUNDS OF FAT in our body also …

WEEK 4 Schedule is here. If any one of you have followed the last three weeks schedule then some of the basic changes they would be feeling are :

1. They will not be having any problem in waking up early .                            2. Their stamina would have raised .                                                                             3.   They will definitely be feeling fitter though there may be no change from outer appearance .

Week 4 will be showing you results !!!! BELIEVE ME

First of all now your 30 min training is increased to 45 min training . The time interval is divided as below :

15 min -JOGGING

                                                2 min rest

20 min –  CARDIO

    3 min rest

  5 min – ABS EXERCISES

 

 JOGGING – Now you have to try to cover the same distance you were covering during the last 3 weeks in just 15 minutes . Now its more sort of running but believe me you all can . Even if you are not able to do it then do not worry . Push yourself to go for the TARGET . So do not wait!!! put your headphones on and run from tomorrow morning.

CARDIO – I am giving you a 20 min high intensity cardio and you have just try to do as much as you can . After doing your jogging you have to take a 2 min gap . If you are breathing heavily then relax for 5 min . Come to  your place and start the video and do the cardio along with it . It will be good if you note down the cardio exercises so that even if you do not want to play the video or you want to do exercises outside your house in a park or so , then also you can follow thw routine . So see the video below and write the routine .

 

 

ABS EXERCISE – For all those overweight people now its time to bring a change . Here I am sharing you a link of 5 min standing ab work out . As many of you have tried for doing ab exercises and faced difficulty so this  will be an easy task for you all . Standing abs exercise are almost as effective as any other ab exercises . Again do it as much as you can .

 

So this is you complete schedule . In order to see last week schedule search WEEK # 3 . Work hard , sweat hard and make 2014 the fittest year of your life .

 

 

STEP UP YOUR GAME : REINVENT YOURSELF

Things not working out ?? Your dreams and goals seem nearly impossible to achieve ??  You are planning to switch to another goal or job or sport because you find it difficult to go through them .

JUST RELAX!!!!

This happens because you try to do things which are not in your comfort zone . Things which require extraordinary diligence and will power to work hard day and night . You dreams are not easy , they will separate you from the normal . So what we should do ? Change our goals , dreams or approach a better coach or find an alternative or QUIT ????

The answer is  REINVENT YOURSELF 

Write your dream , then follow some people who have already achieved that dream . See what all different qualities or habits they have which you lack . What all skills and knowledge you require to get that dream . What all new approaches you need to learn . And then REINVENT YOUR SELF .

You have to re design your lifestyle  , habits , work ethics , mind set and everything which you think is necessary in the path of success . You can’t have the same lazy , less hard working , easily quitting , low moral , and less passionate person inside you and fulfill an extra ordinary dream . So change your complete self if it is required to do so. The same person cannot produce different result .

So just change your mind set , the way you think , the people you meet , the books you read , the friends you make , and even the clothes you wear. Small changes are sometimes very fruitful.

Change is difficult to make ,  but the most fascinating thing once done!!!
