Some people live a happy life , as they call it . But when you get closer to them you find they are just existing . They wake up at ORDINARY TIME , they eat ORDINARY FOOD , they some times CRY , that too when they get physically hurt , they sleep when they get tired watching television and they go to work and always found themselves done nothing at the end of the day . Ordinary here means that everyone does . Eating pizzas , burger is ordinary but eat vegetable salad everyday is UNIQUE .

Those who have dreams they too live a similar life but every now and then they feel alien to the ordinary world . Some major traits who have dreams are -:

1. You all feel guilty when you spend your entire day doing nothing for your dreams . Specially when you are in bed you realize that you did nothing the entire day .

2. You all like to watch motivational videos , lectures , events , speeches and movies . More over when an underdog gets success , you associate yourself to him/her .

3. You have high emotional quotient than others . You cry  when alone and you feel strong  , you smile seeing someone in love , you respect your country and the soldiers fighting for the citizens , you love your parents and wish to make them proud and you want to live a romantic life .

4. Most importantly you love spending time with your self . You love your company . You love to have a house of your own . Having appliances for your own .You want to decorate it according to you .

5. You believe you can take risk to go for your dreams , you like coffee , you love taking challenges and can make any number of tough sacrifices and the list goes on….

So if you all can associate yourself with any of the above mentioned points then listen you all have it in you . You all have the right to become famous , do great things . Stop hesitating to go after your dreams . Start associating yourself to people who can help you in you getting that FIGHT back to work for your dreams .

No matter what your age , gender or situation is , you cannot give up . You have to live the dreams you have seen alone . You have to work for them . They day you started working for them you will feel energized again . No body can stop you except you . So get up , I know you very well you have in your mind what should be done and how it has to be done . Its just that little spark , that little push , that little AAH required .

You do not know what will happen when you die, you also have no idea about when you will die . So why to do things which actually never mattered to you . Start taking action today , stop procrastinating .

Everybody have dreams but what differs from individual to individual is the intensity in their dreams , the consistency in their dreams .

I wake up every morning ,  see my self in the  mirror , close my eyes and the first thing I do is visualize what it will look like when I will achieve my goals . What impact it will have on my family , friends and close ones . How many people around me will recognize me . The car I will have , the bungalow I will live in … WOOOOOOOh…… 

Yeah!!!!!! this gives me immense energy to work for my dreams each and every second of the day . I do not cheat on my meals , workouts , study plans and this happens because every morning I get more and more obsessed about my dreams . You need to be addicted to your dreams in order to fulfill them .

When I go to bed I tap myself on my shoulders when I realize I did everything which I could for my dreams . On the other hand I too get pissed off when I cheat on my dreams . Sometimes going to bed pissed off  is good . You can not be happy every time because you have been told by others that its good to be happy . You have to feel guilty , you have to be angry with your self and sometimes you need to punish yourself too when you take your dreams casually

Everybody out there chasing their dreams , remember you are not the only one doing so. So you have to be great in your work ethics in order to get what you desire . Stop playing games with your dreams . You have to give your ALL IN .

No excuses , no good reasons just simple, extraordinary HARD WORK .

Visualizing your dreams every morning just give fuel to your body to work the entire day, to grind , grind and grind until your mind and body demands REST .

INDIA , ELECTION 2014 and MY TAKE ON IT………

When each and every one is saying things and giving their views about the current election campaigns and our future PRIME MINISTER , and INDIA’s future ,  what I can listen are VOICES – loud , secular , mature , amateurish , experienced , silent and many more .

Why everyone suddenly became interested about these ELECTIONS ?? Is it some bollywood masala movie going on ?? If its a movie than I am not able to figure out who the villains or heroes are . When I read stuff in newspaper , which  actually are filled with election related gossips , I am not able to see MY INDIA and all its people developing as a whole . Every now and then I find out some or the other sections  of society unsatisfied with the government ( current / future ) .

What I feel is people are just saying things , commenting on candidates and giving their views just for sake of doing it and no body actually know what exactly they want and HOW exactly they can get it . When a middle class working professional is asked to debate on the current problems INDIA is facing , he/she will with facts and stats name things like POVERTY , OVERPOPULATION , INFLATION and so on . But none of those issues has ever affected him/her in his/her entire life . He /She has always heard of poverty but never felt what exactly it is because their parents have fed them and brought them up giving them all necessary things required for a good upbringing. So when they vote keeping these things in mind they just vote by stats and facts which may / may not have been manipulated .

If you ask a poor who is unable to get proper shelter , food and education they will name these issues as the current problems . Now the problem comes so as to who they should vote . They by their own experience know that their family’s living condition have not changed in the last so many generations and they know that who ever they will vote , that candidate can not just do some magic trick and solve all their problems . So when they vote they just listen to the wise in their locality or society or city .

So my question is do we really vote because we want to bring some change in the lives of all the citizens living in INDIA ?? Do each and every citizen of INDIA really feels the pain and problems  other sections of society are facing ?? Do we connect with the problems of HINDUS and MUSLIMS living in JAMMU AND KASHMIR ?? DO we connect with the people killed in ASSAM in a militant attack ?? Do we connect to all the poor living across the country who do not have enough to get three meals a day ?? Do we connect with women who live in fear and get humiliated by the male dominant society ?? Do we connect with children who cannot get education and who see their future heading towards darkness ??

I think WE DO NOT

So why shout so much ?? Why criticize so much ?? Why to play the blame game ??

I believe that INDIA has everything which can make it one of the most developed and powerful country in the whole world , in any sector you talk . But if there is anything which is stopping us to grow it is we THE CITIZENS OF INDIA . The day we start feeling the responsibility towards each and every citizen and also towards the development of OUR INDIA things will change . NO politician , industrialist , country , terrorist can decide INDIA ‘s fate .

If anyone can do that it is us….

I NEVER LOSE ….. BECAUSE I NEVER QUIT !!!!

The thing is simple , when you are trying to achieve greatness you will have to get through hurdles . Competition is tough in today’s world . Everyone works hard and everyone is prepared to give his 100% .

So you just can’t give up on your dreams , only because you can’t get them in the very first attempt . Remember , if it was easy every one could have done that . So if you are trying to build a pyramid than it will take some time . You may lose to your opponent once , twice or even more . But it’s not that you have not tried your level best but its also because you are trying to beat the best in the business .

So do not panic , small defeats are stepping-stones . Just move on . prepare more , be stronger than the earlier attempt and do not quit.

REMEMBER…

You can not lose .. until you quit ….

What is an easy thing to do when you know that you do not have to perform for few days , weeks or months ??

The answer is     NO………….

My friends what I have realized so far is that those who are successful do not go by their feelings but they go by the things they have once decided in their mind .

They do not need any reason to study , they just study ..                                  They do not practice there dance steps only when they have a competition ahead , despite they do it every day….

You have to improve your craft every second of your life…... PREPARE as if you have your audience infront of you , as if you have the examination paper infront of your eyes , as if you just got the opportunity you have been looking  for so long ….

PREPARE WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING…..

Hey.. all my readers and followers…. Hopefully everyone would have started imagining , the way this year should end .

New goals , dreams and a lot of things in your mind . You all must have definitely gave a thought on your new year resolution . So , before requesting all of you to share your resolution , I am going to share mine .

As such I have a simple new year resolution and that is :

I WILL NOT WASTE A SINGLE SECOND THIS YEAR 

I may do a productive thing , I may not . I may work on a sensible project or I may screw my entire day working on cleaning my basement . Whatever WORK I may do , I will not sit idle or gossip . I will give each second of this year to transform my life . If I am idle for a second I will question myself what I can do . I may wash my clothes if I do not get any answer but I will not waste my TIME .

So , I have already following that resolution and believe me I have finished more than 70% of my pending work , which I used to neglect just because I do not feel like doing them . After posting this stuff I have a lot of things to do . I can see my whole day occupied . I am ready to give my 100% to each and every second  as it comes .

Hopefully I will complete this year with a bang following my resolution . I will love to know about your resolutions also . So please share and let everyone know what change you are making this year .

STEP UP YOUR GAME : REINVENT YOURSELF

Things not working out ?? Your dreams and goals seem nearly impossible to achieve ??  You are planning to switch to another goal or job or sport because you find it difficult to go through them .

JUST RELAX!!!!

This happens because you try to do things which are not in your comfort zone . Things which require extraordinary diligence and will power to work hard day and night . You dreams are not easy , they will separate you from the normal . So what we should do ? Change our goals , dreams or approach a better coach or find an alternative or QUIT ????

The answer is  REINVENT YOURSELF 

Write your dream , then follow some people who have already achieved that dream . See what all different qualities or habits they have which you lack . What all skills and knowledge you require to get that dream . What all new approaches you need to learn . And then REINVENT YOUR SELF .

You have to re design your lifestyle  , habits , work ethics , mind set and everything which you think is necessary in the path of success . You can’t have the same lazy , less hard working , easily quitting , low moral , and less passionate person inside you and fulfill an extra ordinary dream . So change your complete self if it is required to do so. The same person cannot produce different result .

So just change your mind set , the way you think , the people you meet , the books you read , the friends you make , and even the clothes you wear. Small changes are sometimes very fruitful.

Change is difficult to make ,  but the most fascinating thing once done!!!

WEEK # 3 : TIME FOR SOME CARDIO AND JOGGING

Now this is an awesome picture which will push you all to go for such a change . As I promised that I will be motivating you right through these last 9 days , I am here . WEEK # 3 will also start from tomorrow and I am here with the schedule .

Just a recap for the last two weeks , those following this weight loss program I would like to congratulate you for following the schedule for first 15 days . Now you all have counted the distance you can cover in half an hour .

Now before telling you this week’s schedule I would just like to mention that my program is specially for those who have struggled to lose weight in the past , gone on strict diets but failed every time . My program slowly accelerates the pace of weight loss . I know the whatever I plan for a week is easily doable . But that is the key . People follow workout regimes and diet which are nearly impossible in the long run . So just trust the program , and you will see the results very soon .

So straight to the schedule . I am not increasing the time limit again . We are still following a half an hour interval training . But now its time to SWEAT .

What you have to do is that the distance you have walked in the half an hour time , now you have to jog the same distance . Jogging is nothing but walking with a little pace .

 

Watch the above tutorial if you are having any problem about how to jog . Speed should as such that you are able to jog your  complete  distance with that pace . Now since you are jogging who will be able to complete the distance in 20 -25 min and the remaining time you have to do some CARDIO .

Now cardio exercises are the best blood circulation exercises and your keeps your blood circulation good and your heart healthy . More over if you are overweight then you will lose a lot of sweat during these exercises .

 

Click the above link to see the cardio routine you have to follow . Do as much as you can . It is a 10 min work out and you have to do all the exercises with the correct form . Do remember the form . Try to complete the routine , but do not feel sad if you are not . You have this full week to build up that stamina . Do not increase the time duration.

Once you complete your work out ,  hope fully you would be sweating . Now just relax for 5 minutes . Now you have to drink a glass of mild warm water . And that is it . We are done with this week schedule . Nothing more . You already know what we have to do next…. FORGET WHAT WE DID… 😛  . 

Just come back to your normal routine . Spend a healthy day . Try  avoid over eating , but you can eat whatever you want . NO RESTRICTION . After all its christmas and new year time so enjoy .

Many of you will be ending this year remembering the successes and failures you met this year or the moments of happiness or sorrow . Some will think about the profit they made and be happy and the others will mourn over the losses .

But those planning to lick 2014 have already started my friends . They will be utilizing these 9 days like the best preparation time for the coming year . With family and friends around them , they will have extra energy within them .

No office work will give them time to pick up a copy and pen and to jot down their dreams , goals and nearby targets . They will consider this party time as a celebration for the next year success . They will be with themselves and embrace their dreams . They will not end this year’s story rather they will BEGIN A NEW ONE .

 

So gear up . Remember all your dreams . Look into the eyes of all the people who expect something great from you . It’s time to be PHENOMENAL , it’s time to be great , it’s time to LIVE THE DREAM.
