HEALTH MOTIVATION

So this is it. I have been doing this for a long  time and finally I decided to go for it .

I have been over-weight for most of my life . Though it never harmed me in any sense as I was always  part of some or the other sport activities and I never felt lethargic or lazy but still I was not in the best shape .

Doing workout  for last one year I have reached to almost a desirable body shape and I feel happy and motivated . Now I want to share to all my readers stuff that has motivated me in my journey and hope to achieve a greater level of fitness for all my readers .

I just want one thing from all my readers . The things I share on my blog under the category HEALTH MOTIVATION , please read them and spread the knowledge to as many as you can .

A healthy world will result in a better world and in this hope lets go on and be healthy .
