You decide on a particular day that this would be the last day when you run away from working hard for your goals . You arrange all the resources books , sports equipment , gears or whatever it may be required . You listen to motivational lectures and get inspired , you shut down your phone and isolate yourself from the social media just to make sure nothing comes in your way . BUT on the very first day you MESS UP!!!!!!!
You cannot ignore the phone call , or your friends’ facebook messages or your favorite dish . And suddenly you feel guilty for not doing what you have planned for. You start questioning your own potential . Some of you may even think that you may not be capable enough to achieve that particular goal of yours .
I will be writing something below which I have used and got results . I too like many others have faced such situations and I OVERCAME . So dear friends I am going to pour something really deep . Stop all activities you are engaged with and read this with ultimate peace in your mind.

And then ask to your self seeing deep into your own eyes why you are DOING SUCH A THING TO YOUR SELF . WHY you are letting the expectations of people who love you , believe in you , down ? How can you let your dreams just slip away infront of your own yes ?? Then stay silent for two minutes “
Then no matter what ever the time may be . No matter if you have to wake the whole night . No matter if you have to skip your meals . No matter if you have to go out for a run in the afternoon . No matter what you go and KILL THAT DAY …...
